About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Haylock is a partner at Polley Faith practicing corporate and commercial, civil, and regulatory litigation. He regularly represents businesses and individuals facing high-stakes commercial disputes, along with internal investigations, and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Jeffrey clerked for the Honourable Justice Eleanor Dawson at the Federal Court of Appeal and then for the Honourable Justice Thomas Cromwell at the Supreme Court of Canada, before being called to the Ontario bar in 2012. He holds a BA (Hons) from Trinity College at the University of Toronto, an MPhil in linguistics and an LLM from Queens' College, University of Cambridge, and an LLB from Dalhousie Law School. He teaches in Osgoode Hall Law School's international LLM program and has published on legal history, private international law, and administrative law.
