About Brookelyn
Brookelyn Kirkham is a partner at Polley Faith who acts for institutional clients and individuals in professional liability, corporate-commercial, and civil disputes, appearing at all levels of court in Ontario as well as in arbitrations and tribunal proceedings. She regularly handles health litigation on behalf of healthcare professionals and organizations in civil, regulatory, and criminal matters, and served as counsel to a party before the Long-Term Care Covid-19 Commission.
