About Mark

Mark Penner holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Studies and History from Queen's University, concentrating on Canadian politics and government. During law school he served on the Admissions Committee and the Christian Legal Fellowship, receiving the Law Society of Ontario prize and academic awards in competition and tort law. He worked as a research assistant and interned on Parliament Hill before serving as a judicial law clerk at both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of Canada.
