About Michelle

Michelle Cicchino is a partner in the firm's Ottawa office practising in municipal law and civil litigation. She draws on expertise in land use planning, property taxation, and municipal law. She is a member of the firm's National Municipal Law Group and National Expropriation Law Group, representing both public and private clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal and Ontario courts on redevelopment applications, municipal matters, and property disputes. She is a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law co-teaching Municipal and Planning Law.
