Lauren Jamieson is a partner at Emond Harnden who advises a diverse range of private and public sector employers, with a focus on federally regulated industries. As a member of the firm's Aviation Practice Group, she represents fixed and rotary wing operators, flight training units, airports, and other aviation organizations across the country, drawing on two industry secondments. Her practice covers statutory compliance, averaging and modified work, privacy and access to information, human rights, and pay equity, and she regularly appears before labour arbitrators and administrative tribunals. She completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, graduating Cum Laude with an Option in Dispute Resolution in Professionalism, and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Carleton University, majoring in law and legal studies with minors in business and psychology. She is a member of the Bar in Ontario, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories, sits on the Helicopter Association of Canada's Board of Directors, and is active with the Air Transport Association of Canada and the Northern Air Transport Association. She received the Wings Magazine Top 20 Under 40 award for 2024.
