E. Melisa Celebican is a Partner and Certified Customs Specialist at Cassidy Levy Kent's Ottawa office, assisting clients in anti-dumping and countervailing proceedings and customs law matters before Canadian trade tribunals and courts, as well as international trade compliance and sanctions matters. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa with a concentration in international law and a B.A. bilingual in International Studies and Psychology from Glendon College, York University. She also holds an M.A. in European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies from Carleton University, for which she received SSHRC's Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship.
