About Eric

Eric Neubauer is lead counsel at Neubauer Law, with a mixed trial and appellate practice in criminal, constitutional, and regulatory matters. Before joining the defence bar, he worked as Crown counsel for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, and he has litigated at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a Toronto Director for the Criminal Lawyers' Association and a sessional instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School.
