About Mariette

Mariette Niranjanan is an associate lawyer practising family law along with wills and estates, including estate planning and estate litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she worked with the university's Family Law Legal Aid Clinic, and has also practised commercial and civil litigation at boutique firms. Her family law work covers parenting, support, property division and child protection matters, while her estate practice includes wills, powers of attorney, estate planning and disputes over wills and estate administration. She holds an M.P.A. from Queen's University and a B.A. (Hons.) from York University, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
