About Marie-Pier

Marie-Pier Cyr practises in insurance defence, health law, regulatory matters and media law, working in both English and French. She represents insurers in claims, advises on health regulation issues, and handles media-related matters, both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. As a student she competed on Université de Moncton's teams in the Michel-Bastarache moot, the McKelvey Cup trial advocacy moot and the Ottawa-Moncton moot competition, and served as president of Médias Acadiens Universitaires Inc. She earned her JD from Université de Moncton in 2019, after earlier studies at Université de Moncton and Mount Allison University.
