About Marc
Marc W. Kaplan is an Associate Attorney at Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office, bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in immigration law across roles as an attorney and case coordinator. He focuses mainly on employment-based matters, working with companies ranging from those with tens of thousands of employees to single-person startups, and handles both nonimmigrant and immigrant processes from a client's first U.S. entry through naturalization. His clients span professional sports, technology, engineering, higher education, manufacturing, and food service, along with individual athletes, musicians, and researchers. He has experience with extraordinary ability visa categories, national interest waivers, intracompany transfers, and specialty occupation visas, as well as immigration compliance matters such as Form I-9 reviews. Before law school, Marc spent years as a professional jazz pianist and composer. He earned his J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2025 and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Composition and Arranging from Temple University's Boyer College of Music in 2006.
