About Marc

Marc Reardon is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2011 and the Ontario bar in 2010. He advises businesses and institutions on acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and governance matters, and served as project manager on Sobeys' roughly $5.8 billion acquisition of Canada Safeway's assets and the approximately $990 million sale-leaseback between Sobeys and Crombie REIT covering 70 properties. His work also includes drafting corporate documents and contracts and assisting lenders and investors in secured financing transactions. Reardon holds an LLB and MBA from Dalhousie University (2009) and a B.Sc. in Biology from Mount Allison University (2002).
