About Joseph

Joseph is the founder of CLG Injury Law, which he established in Moncton in 1987 to serve injured clients across Atlantic Canada. He earned his legal education at McGill University and the University of New Brunswick Law School and was called to the bar in 1987. Over more than 35 years, Joe has focused on complex injury claims, with particular experience in traumatic brain injury cases, and has lectured and published on civil litigation and personal injury strategy. He has been recognized by peer-review publications for legal ability and ethics, and is a past president of the Moncton Boys and Girls Club.
