About Manuel

Manuel Mady's practice at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements and general corporate matters. He joined the firm in 2026 after gaining experience at a downtown Toronto corporate boutique firm, working across a range of transactional and negotiation matters. Mady earned his Juris Doctor from Western Law in 2020 and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management in 2014, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021. He is trilingual in English, Arabic and French, and previously worked with Pro Bono Students Canada assisting newcomers to Canada.
