About Manpreet

Manpreet Santokh is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP practising exclusively in immigration law. She obtained her LLB from Bond University in 2022 and was called to the Alberta bar in June 2025, having begun her legal career in 2022 as an assistant to Peter W. Wong, K.C., with whom she continues to work on complex Federal Court, Immigration Appeal Division and Refugee Protection Division matters. Her practice spans permanent residence applications, humanitarian and compassionate claims, refugee claims, family class and spousal sponsorships, inadmissibility and removal matters, and temporary residence applications including work and study permits. Born and raised in Italy, she is fluent in Italian, Punjabi and Hindi.
