About Jessica

Jessica Fleming is an associate in Osler's Tax Group, with a practice focused on tax disputes and litigation as well as tax advisory work. Before joining Osler, she clerked for the Honourable Marc Noël, Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Appeal, and for the Honourable Russell Brown of the Supreme Court of Canada, and worked as an associate at a Calgary tax boutique. Fleming holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, an LL.B. in civil law from Université de Montréal, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Alberta.
