About Orlando
Orlando Silva is a partner in the International Trade Group focusing on international trade and regulatory matters, including economic sanctions, export controls, anti-dumping and countervail, customs, and WTO and USMCA matters. Prior to joining Cassels, he worked in-house as a Senior Director and Trade Compliance Officer at a Canadian technology company and as a partner in the International Trade Law and Investment Group at another national law firm. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto (1999) and a B.Com. in International Business Honours from the University of British Columbia (1994).
