About Shelly

Shelly Neal is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law with a focus on commercial real estate, commercial leasing, and construction. She prepares and reviews commercial agreements including purchase agreements, leases, subleases, and construction contracts. Before becoming a lawyer, Neal spent five years as a senior content strategist supporting construction and real estate association clients. She earned her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2024, a Master of Science in publishing from Edinburgh Napier University in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in literature and cultures from the University of Winnipeg in 2014.
