About Manoug

Manoug Alemian advises startups, companies and entrepreneurs navigating the digital economy, drawing on training in transactional and traditional commercial law. He works with businesses and entrepreneurs in blockchain and emerging technology, and assists startups with equity financing, including pre-seed, seed and Series rounds. Manoug Alemian completed his articling at SMGS and was called to the Ontario Bar as a barrister and solicitor in 2019, and was later admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2020.
