About Molly

Molly Reynolds is a partner advising on data governance, breach management, and cross-border compliance in digital innovation, cybersecurity, AI, data protection, and privacy. She helps clients with privacy law compliance for both daily operations and commercial deals, along with data security planning, breach response, regulatory investigations, and privacy class action defence. Molly represents clients in administrative proceedings under access-to-information, anti-spam, and privacy statutes, as well as civil litigation. Being called to both the Ontario and New York bars lets her advise on data protection and AI regulation across Canadian and American law. She also handles cybersecurity readiness and internal investigations involving confidential information, chaired the OBA's Privacy and Access to Information Law section in 2020-2021, and co-leads Torys' LGBTQ2S affinity group.
