About Patricia
Patricia Chamoun is Chamoun Légal's managing partner and an accredited arbitrator. She holds a civil law degree and a J.D. in common law from the University of Ottawa, along with further studies in political science, economics and public affairs at Concordia University and the University of Ottawa. Patricia Chamoun began her career at a construction-focused firm in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, then worked internationally in Paris and Lyon for a French firm before returning to Montreal to found her own practice in 2010. She and her firm represent small and medium-sized businesses in business law, real estate, construction and technology matters, and she has also developed an entertainment law practice. Patricia Chamoun acts as an arbitrator in civil and commercial matters and is an accredited member of the Canadian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation and the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec. She serves on several boards, including the Fondation Jean-Marc Paquette and La Sortie (The Way Out), and co-founded the Lebanese Film Festival in Canada.
