About Madison

Madison MacKinnon is an associate at Lenczner Slaght, where her developing litigation practice spans commercial litigation, employment law, public law, class actions, and professional liability and regulation. Before being called to the bar in 2025, she was a summer and articling student at the firm. During law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Queen's Prison Law Clinic, later focusing on human rights tribunal complaints and Supreme Court of Canada interventions through the clinic's advanced program.
