Nathalie Laflamme joined the firm's Insurance and Civil Litigation group in 2021 after completing her articling there. She practises primarily in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on insurance law, civil liability and professional liability. Laflamme appears before the main courts of Quebec, defending policyholders and representing insurers in subrogation claims for damages. Her work includes managing litigation files, drafting legal proceedings and opinions, negotiating settlements and appearing in court. Before pursuing law, she studied journalism and worked for several media outlets. She holds a BCL/JD from McGill University and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2020.
