About Madison
Madison Bell is building a broad litigation practice at the firm. Before joining, she clerked for Justice John Norris of the Federal Court, assisting on administrative, constitutional, immigration, and national security files, including several high-profile matters, and she also gained commercial litigation experience at a mid-sized Toronto firm. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2024, graduating cum laude, and worked as a research assistant examining the limits of lawful protest during her studies. She also provided legislative support to a Canadian senator and contributed to counter-terrorism programming while working with Global Affairs Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in political science from Brock University, graduating with first class standing, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
