About Brad

Brad Ross has a transaction-based practice with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. He represents issuers, private companies, and underwriters, often focusing on public and private equity-sponsored companies pursuing aggressive growth strategies, and he assists companies with corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations. Chambers Global, Chambers Canada, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 Canada, Best Lawyers in Canada, and several Lexpert publications recognize his work in finance, M&A, technology, and health sciences. Ross teaches Case Studies in Business Enterprises as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, and in 2019 the school gave him its Adjunct Faculty Teaching Award for his teaching.
