About Patricia
Patricia D'Heureux's practice at Cavalluzzo focuses on professional regulation and discipline as well as labour law in both federal and provincial jurisdictions. She has extensive experience representing individuals in the education sector facing allegations of misconduct, along with media sector workers on employment issues, and she appears before administrative tribunals on professional discipline matters. Patricia also acts for unions before boards of arbitration and on labour board issues such as bargaining rights and unfair labour practice complaints, and she has represented unions in judicial review and injunction applications before federal and Ontario courts. She advises unions on bargaining, strike-related issues, discrimination, harassment, disability, and collective agreement enforcement, and has conducted organizing workshops for union members. Patricia is presently co-managing partner of the firm and a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1997 after earning her LLB and BCL from McGill University.
