About Erran
Erran Lee advises clients on all areas of trusts and estates law at Robins Appleby, including will preparation, the creation and operation of trusts, and estate administration matters. She helps clients structure their estate plans to provide for beneficiaries while reducing taxes, and guides executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate applications and estate accounting. Erran joined the firm as a summer and articling student before becoming an associate in the Wills and Estates group. She completed her law degree at the University of Toronto in 2021 and joined the bar in Ontario the following year, after earning a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from York University, where she graduated summa cum laude. During law school she volunteered with the Tenant Duty Counsel Assistance Project and mentored high school students through Law in Action Within Schools.
