About Madeleine
Madeleine Beaudry is an associate focusing on corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, and she also advises public companies on disclosure and securities law obligations. As part of the firm's family enterprises group, she works with family offices and high-net-worth clients on business, financial, and personal matters. Before joining Torys, Madeleine worked as a consultant at Hugessen Consulting Inc., advising public company boards on executive compensation and governance. During law school, she served as a Dean's Fellow to Professor John McCamus in contract law, was active with the Osgoode Society for Corporate Governance, and volunteered at the Osgoode Investor Protection Clinic.
