Mickey Lungu is a partner in the Business Law Group and leads the Independent Sponsor initiative within the firm's Private Equity Group. His practice focuses on advising buyers, sellers, and targets in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across the private capital ecosystem. He works with private equity funds and portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border transactions across industries including technology, real estate, and mining.
