About Kyle

Kyle Gerow is a partner at Goodmans. His practice focuses on debt finance and corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on asset-based loans, commercial finance, acquisition finance, high yield bonds, real estate finance, distressed debt, and corporate restructurings. Kyle has notable experience advising clients in the mining and natural resources sectors. He has co-authored several articles on banking and finance topics, including a chapter on Canada in an edition of a text on lending and secured finance.
