About Josy-Ann

Therrien is a litigator who represents clients across sectors in complicated civil and commercial disputes, investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedings. Her experience spans contract disputes, civil liability, environmental law, class actions, privacy and securities law, and she is part of Osler's regulatory, Indigenous and environmental group, advising on investigations, environmental assessments, permitting and compliance. Therrien has successfully represented clients before Québec courts and administrative tribunals, and during her studies clerked at the Superior Court in Montréal and interned with a management consulting firm in Paris. She holds a law degree and an MBA, both from the Université de Sherbrooke.
