About Steven

Steve Wallace spent twenty-five years as a founding partner of Dolden before moving into his current role as Associate Counsel. Over more than thirty years he has handled insurance defence litigation, subrogation, bodily injury claims for plaintiffs and defendants, coverage disputes and property damage matters. He has built a particular focus on investigating suspicious fires, thefts and fraudulent claims, working closely with SIU representatives and forensic experts, and has litigated highway maintenance claims for contractors and the ministry of highways since 1990. Lexpert has recognized him as a leading practitioner in commercial insurance litigation, and he has since trained extensively as a mediator, including a course at Pepperdine University.
