About Ann
Ann Watterworth is senior counsel in the business law and mining groups at Cassels. Her corporate practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, advising business owners on restructuring and corporate matters, and assisting international corporations with establishing Canadian operations. She advises clients on commercial agreements including option agreements, off-take agreements, joint venture agreements, and mining services agreements. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1989.
