About Luke

Luke Hamer has more than a decade of experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims, including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, medical negligence, and disability claims. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. In 2019 he helped secure a jury award for Family Law Act damages that set an Ontario record at the time, for the parents of a deceased child; the award was later upheld on appeal. Luke is known for bringing compassion to his work and for guiding clients through the litigation process.
