Domenic Pellegrino is a trial lawyer whose practice, built since he completed his legal education at Osgoode Hall Law School, is devoted exclusively to personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability claims, criminal injuries compensation, dog bite liability, slip and falls, and Canada Pension Plan disability claims. He appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Pellegrino sits on the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's MPP Advisory Committee, through which he advocates for legislative changes affecting injured Ontarians.
