Eric Winkworth represents seriously injured clients at Campisi Law in both tort and accident benefits claims. He began his career at the firm and has remained there since his call to the bar in 2017, when he committed his practice to helping injured people and their families secure fair compensation from insurers and at-fault parties. He has particular depth in Statutory Accident Benefits claims and draws on his knowledge of the Insurance Act, privacy legislation, and the standards of various medical regulatory colleges.
