About Jono

Jono Schneider is a co-founder and partner at Schneider Law Firm. He earned an economics degree from McGill University in 2004, completed his law degree at Queen's in 2008, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2009 before dedicating his career to personal injury, insurance, and property loss litigation. His caseload has included catastrophic losses, brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and psychological disability claims. After starting out at one of Canada's largest firms, Jono realized he wanted a more personal connection with clients and has represented injury victims ever since. He has taken cases to trial and arbitration, securing findings on inability to return to work, access to enhanced medical benefits, and bad-faith penalties against insurers. His economics background gives him particular insight into the challenges facing self-employed accident victims.
