About Shahzad

Shahzad Ayub is a partner at Affinity Law whose practice centres on personal injury litigation, particularly motor vehicle accidents and slip and trip and fall cases. Before entering private practice he worked for one of Canada's largest insurance companies defending claims, which gave him insight into how insurers evaluate and contest claims, insight he now applies on behalf of injured clients. His practice also covers employment litigation, property and liability claims, contract disputes, and corporate and real estate litigation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Shahzad is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
