About Adam
Adam Kuciej began his legal career in criminal law in New Brunswick before relocating to Toronto, where he found his focus in personal injury work. His current practice centers on injury claims, disability benefit disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and negligence cases, and he has appeared before Ontario's Provincial Court, Superior Court, Divisional Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. He has argued matters at every level of court in the province and has prepared applications for permission to bring cases before Canada's highest court. Adam was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, having previously chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Insurance Section.
