About Ken
Ken Skingle's practice focuses on tax litigation and tax dispute resolution, with over 35 years of experience that also spans corporate and personal tax planning. He became partner at Felesky Flynn in 1996, served as co-managing partner from 2008 to 2015, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2008. He has represented taxpayers before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and Alberta's courts. He is a member of the Tax Court of Canada Rules Committee and Editor-in-Chief of the Tax Litigation journal, and previously served on the Advisory Committee on Judicial Appointments for the Tax Court of Canada.
