About Amole

Amole S. Mahal is an Estates & Trust Lawyer at Varsity Law in Calgary. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Law and Society, both from the University of Calgary, and is working through the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. His practice focuses on corporate tax and estate planning, with particular attention to trust structures such as QDT trusts, spousal trusts, and family trusts, and he advises on tax planning through corporate restructuring and on commercial and personal real estate transactions and estate administration. He has obtained close to 100 grants for Alberta estates.
