About Mark

Mark grew up in Dartmouth and, after gaining experience at a large law firm developing a corporate and real estate practice, opened his own independent firm to serve the real estate and commercial needs of individuals and small-to-medium businesses in Dartmouth and the surrounding area. That practice, Mark Charles Law, grew and merged with Heritage House Law in 2016. He focuses on commercial legal matters, with an emphasis on client communication and understanding. Mark is a Notary Public and a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia (RELANS).
