About Lisa

Lisa Daly is a partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, maintaining a real estate and corporate and commercial practice with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate, corporate financings, and asset and share acquisitions. She regularly represents chartered banks and other financial institutions, corporations, owner-managed businesses, and individuals in business and financial transactions. Alongside her real estate and corporate and commercial work, Lisa has considerable experience in wills and estates. She earned a BSc in psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2000 and her LLB from Dalhousie University in 2003, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2004. Lisa currently sits on the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador's Real Estate Committee.
