About Sean

Sean's litigation practice focuses on family law and criminal law, and he has represented hundreds of clients before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador, including the Court of Appeal and both divisions of the Supreme Court, as well as before administrative tribunals. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2006. Beyond trial work, Sean has extensive experience negotiating settlements and resolving disputes before they reach court.
