About Lisa
Lisa Hutchinson is a corporate and commercial lawyer and Registered Trademark Agent with over 16 years of experience advising businesses on a broad range of legal matters, including digital assets, privacy, and technology-driven business issues, drawing on her background in computer science. She is a Registered Trademark Agent, having completed the required mentorship and qualifying examination through the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Before joining TingleMerrett LLP, Hutchinson led a small firm as owner and principal, work that informs her practical, entrepreneurial approach to advising clients on risk and growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary (2005) and a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (2009), and was called to the Alberta bar in 2010.
