About Lisa

Lisa Delaney is an associate in the litigation group at Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, with a practice focused on commercial disputes and insurance claims. Her experience includes contractual matters, construction disputes, debt recovery, expropriation, estate litigation, real property disputes, and personal injury and property damage claims. She has represented financial institutions, government bodies, and a range of commercial clients before all levels of court in Nova Scotia. Lisa earned her JD from Dalhousie University in 2017 and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2018. She sits on the board of the North End Community Health Centre and has served on The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates' Standing Committee and Atlantic Regional Advisory Committee.
