About Natalie

Natalie is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP practising corporate and commercial law, tax law and estate planning, with over 25 years advising private companies, family businesses and professional practices. She regularly handles corporate and personal tax planning, reorganizations, business sales, succession planning and shareholders' agreements. Natalie was named Best Lawyers' Corporate Law Lawyer of the Year in Halifax in 2026 and appointed King's Counsel in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and a Trust and Estate Practitioner designation, and has served as chair of Special Olympics Nova Scotia's board.
