About Lindsay

Lindsay MacLean is an associate who joined Carfra Lawton from England, where her practice included representing insurers and manufacturers in product liability claims, mass torts, recalls, and regulatory issues. She was a key member of the team representing the successful defendant in the DePuy Pinnacle Metal-on-Metal Hip Litigation, a major UK product liability group action. MacLean earned a B.A. from the University of King's College (2002) and an LL.B. from the University of Law in England (2008), and joined Carfra Lawton as an articled student in 2025 while converting her qualification from England and Wales. She is originally from Vancouver Island.
