About Miles
Miles Waghray is an associate at Sitka Law Group practising primarily in civil litigation, from breach of contract and debt claims to more complex commercial disputes before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Waghray grew up in Saskatoon and Calgary, earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in psychology and philosophy from the University of Victoria in 2011, and completed a JD at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2015. Waghray moved to Victoria in 2018 and was called to the British Columbia bar that year. Waghray has held several volunteer leadership roles with the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch, including vice-chair and then chair of its Vancouver Island Civil Litigation section.
