About Lindsay

Lindsay McFadden is an associate in Cunningham Swan's family law group. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Acadia University and developed an interest in law while working as a legal assistant before attending Dalhousie Law School, graduating in 2009. She practised law in Nova Scotia for several years, eventually establishing her own firm, before relocating to Kingston in 2019 and becoming a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2021.
