David P. Gould is estate litigation counsel at Fallow Gould LLP, handling estate disputes including will challenges, trust disputes, dependency claims, and guardianship disputes. He has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 2004 and the Alberta Bar since 2008, with experience in civil litigation, insurance defence, and as a senior litigation associate at McCarthy Tetrault LLP in Calgary. He relocated to Kingston in 2010 and established his own sole practice there before partnering with Angela Fallow to form Fallow Gould LLP.
